  American Home Shield put me in touch with this company. They took two days to call to schedule. And, when I tried to proactively called to schedule my refrigerator repair them, Amy answered the phone as said she would call me after she "got around to" answering her email. Two hours later when she finally called to schedule. She said they couldn't come out for two weeks. I let her know that wouldn't be acceptable. She then said that I would have to call AHS and let them know. When I started to ask if they had a cancellation list or any other options she hung up! I tried to call back thinking I had been disconnected. Whoever answered the phone said "Pope's Appliance, please hold," not waiting for a response. I held the line for 10 minutes. I called back and tried to get a word in edge-wise with the same result--right to the hold button. I hung and called back and now no one will answer. They obviously have caller ID and too much work to care about their customer service. They don't need my business and they won't be getting it.
